The N5 Series flexo printing machine is a versatile solution that can be combined with web gravure, silk screen, offset, digital (inkjet), cold foil, and hot foil stamping. It is specifically designed to handle a wide variety of industrial materials with high precision.
Suitable for all kinds of adhesive labels (paper, PET, BOPP, PVC), paper (≥30gsm), carton (≤350gsm), unsupported film (PET ≥12um, PVC, BOPP, PA ≥15um), and foil (≥20um).

A flexographic printing machine uses flexible relief plates to print on a variety of substrates such as paper, plastic film, and metal foil. It is widely used in packaging, labels, and newspapers.
Flexographic printing is faster, more cost-effective, and more versatile in terms of materials. It offers lower plate-making costs than gravure and can handle a wider range of substrates than offset printing.
The anilox roller transfers a consistent amount of ink to the printing plate. Its cell count, angle, and volume directly affect the ink density and overall print quality.
Mainly water-based and UV inks are used. These are more environmentally friendly than solvent-based inks and offer fast drying times, making them ideal for food packaging.
Accuracy is maintained through advanced servo motors, tension control systems, and automatic registration control technology that ensure precise alignment between color stations.
It is suitable for plastic films (PE, BOPP), paper, aluminum foil, self-adhesive materials, paper cups, and corrugated board.
